Times of Healing

Ahlan wa sahlan, ya Ramadhan mubarak! May our Ramadhan this year bring such meaning to each one of us, no matter where or what walks of life that we've came from. Surely the Almighty does not sees the tips of surface, for the hearts cannot hide its truth from Him. So, do good and give kindness to one another for at least this once in a lifetime span of the year. Who knows what rahmah it might leave both inside our heart and mind, which will eventually mould one action into improving our attitude and perspective to life itself.

As we all can see and realised since the pandemic start, one of the biggest hikmah happening to us is that bumi itself is having a time of healing. There's so many bad, chaotic and confusing things happen to this worldly planet lent by god for us that just with an instance of kun faya kun, the whole world stops from having such human interference on it. The rivers are getting cleaner than the last decade it was reported, less pollution and etc. It just proves that life at some points need a break from everything, and along with it come the times of healing so it can presume giving their best for the-

Wait, us humans?

Indeed this bumi aka worldly life is nothing less than a bridge of medium to prepare ourselves for what comes next in the afterlife. Akhirah is real and it is within our responsibilities to take a good care of our bumi. That's how the main purpose of why Allah created us all on the first place. We are so unique that it differs from other beings He created, with the gifts of both the mind as in this uniquely shape organ called brain and souls as in our feelings. There's no denying it that we all have feelings, but with a right administration by our minds in guiding our actions it will also help us to not let the emotions clouded our rationality.

For example, when you're mad at something, do you wish to just burst it all out and blaming everyone for everything that happens in our life? I know, it's hard sometimes because life as a mundane tends to lead us into a maze where one cannot escape from babbling or complaining about some unfortunate events in our life.

That's the point of prayers, do'a. It's such a simple act and the powerful weapon we got as a living human but often forgotten by us when things start to fall apart. Let's keep in mind that Allah never leave our side so talk to Him when you feel lost or unsure, at times of blessings and happiness flourish in our life. It's a matter of times until our prayers are heard, so don't give up too soon. That's where our role as human plays, we listen to one another stories so to at least we might try to understand and know that we're all in this together *HSM song in sudden flashback play.

In conclusion, like bumi itself, we humans need our healing time and this MCO came at the right time of our life just for that purpose of healing. We get to spend more time with our family, try to learn, understand and accept ourselves better and tolerate with one another differences, etc. It's understandable that some have to WFH so that one can provide for their family, so I hope and pray that may Allah ease everything for you guys. Just like my previous post, take one step at a time and no need to rush! We just need to think and act smarter in setting our priorities.

All in all, have a blessed Ramadhan everyone! 🌙
