Health is Wealth


Sorry for not updating anything for years. I'm sorting out some matters in my life recently. And, yeay today i got sick. Well, what's new for a 39.1 degree celcius of body temperature heh. The last time I caught that number of body temperature is back then on 2011. A few days before my PMR results being released, and before we flew off for a family vacation at Singapore.

And three years after that, on 2014 i caught a minor flu too that makes me look like a zombie while walking around to break the fast with my uncle at Subang Parade. Before that i thought i was fine, i did fought it back. Yet, the tempt to do so failed when my Intro to Law 1 class been held at our main auditorium and it was a bad choice to sit under the air-conditioner. I got nothing else to sit with my friends that time and i kinda sort want to focus Mdm. Liyana's class since i never understand a thing of what she's teaching since second week of semester starts.

Few years after that, major headache, sudden first time of having a migraine and so on. But, it was minor for me and it happens due to my busy schedule ever since i start with my degree studies (my bad and i really going to cry the hell out of me during my second year because yeay, I'm a part of college's students council organisation.) Mark the date, 160804 (it starts yesterday & today is the second day) is the second or idk third time of having a terrible flu.

Jeez. Health is indeed important for us. If you didn't take care of it, it could easily attacked you without giving an early warning. One thing you need to take precaution is, don't drink too much of a cold water. One cannot resist that ice cream, cold drinks and many other things related with something cold compared to hot (including sweet stuffs!) is so addicting. Especially for youngsters like us. But, you need to consume in a medium amount too. Never forget to drink a lot of plain water, like a lot of it. Besides washing away few of the toxic from your body (it has been 4 years since i left biology), it will keep your body fit. This is because drinking cold stuffs will slow down the activity of an enzymes in your body.

I googled the function of enzymes in the body and it stated :

"Enzymes are biological molecules (typically proteins) that significantly speed up the rate of virtually all of the chemical reactions that take place within cells. They are vital for life and serve a wide range of important functions in the body, such as aiding in digestion and metabolism."

Okay at least  i did share something academically science related for the first time at my blog. wow *virtually soft applauds for herself*

Just imagine a less functional enzymes that didn't do much work on breaking down a glucose solutions in your body, the glucose will eventually turned into a fat. And a long kept fat is something not good for us, especially for our hearts.

*fatina didn't even know what nonsense she's writing here but neh she just write down some of the few bio knowledge that she learned before even if it's vivid.*

Last but not least, do some exercise. It may not be something heavy such as jog around the park or your neighbourhood. Walking around from one place to another (especially when you wanted to buy some stuffs from the stalls nearby your place, walk!), or dancing to your favorite jams could help you out. As long as you get sweats, then it's good enough to get rid of the toxic from your beautifully masterpiece body created by god.

Oh, god give you the greatest assets such brain to think, heart to feel and body to move around so you could discover something new. Let it be small or big experience, if you learn something and appreciate it, it'll be a good thing for you then.
